📈 How P4P Rankings Work
Current ELO = A fighter's rating right now. ELO v2.5 gives 3x weight to title fights and bonus points for finishes (KO/SUB). Higher ELO means better recent performance against quality opponents.

How is Current ELO different from Peak ELO?
Current ELO is a fighter's rating right now, reflecting recent performance. Peak ELO is the highest rating they ever achieved. P4P uses Current ELO because it ranks who's best right now. The GOAT rankings use Peak ELO for all-time greatness.
How often are rankings updated?
Rankings update automatically after every UFC event. When fight results are recorded, ELO ratings recalculate immediately.
Why are title fights worth 3x?
Championship fights carry more weight in ELO v2.5 because they represent the highest level of competition. Winning or losing a title fight has a bigger impact on a fighter's rating than a regular bout.
