Why are some fighters with longer streaks ranked lower?
Fighters are ranked by streak length first, then by ELO within the same streak length. A fighter with a 5-fight streak always ranks above a fighter with a 4-fight streak, regardless of ELO. Within the same streak length, higher ELO (indicating tougher opposition) ranks higher.
