About Most Wins Over UFC Champions
Wins over fighters who held an undisputed UFC title - before the fight or after it
This leaderboard ranks UFC fighters by how many wins they have over fighters who held an undisputed UFC championship at any point in their career. It is the mirror image of every other title board on the site: those measure what a fighter did with a belt, this one measures how often they beat the people who had one.
Before or after — both count
A fighter counts as a champion here if they ever held the undisputed belt, whether that was years before the fight in question or years after it. Beating someone in a prelim who goes on to win the title is evidence about the quality of that win, and this board treats it as such. The caption under each fighter separates out how many of their wins came against a sitting champion, which is the stricter and much rarer achievement.
Undisputed only
Interim titleholders do not qualify, and neither does the BMF belt. An interim championship exists because the real champion is unavailable, so beating an interim titleholder is not the same as beating the champion — the same rule our most title wins and title finishes boards apply.
