The UFC Single-Round Record Book
Career totals reward longevity and fight records reward a full twenty-five minutes, but a round record isolates the single most extreme five minutes anyone has ever produced. This hub collects the all-time single-bout records across every statistic we track — striking, grappling, and everything in between — so you can jump straight to the most extreme performances in UFC history.
Some records feel untouchable. Max Holloway's 445 significant strikes against Calvin Kattar and Khabib Nurmagomedov's 21 takedowns against Abel Trujillo have stood for years as monuments to volume and dominance. Others, like the single-fight knockdown and submission-attempt records, can fall in any given wild scrap. Each card above shows the current record holder; tap through to see the full top-50 leaderboard, filter by division, and compare the single-fighter and combined versions of each record.
How the records are measured
Every record is computed from official per-round fight statistics, summed across all rounds of a single bout, for the roughly 8,700 fights in our database with complete round-by-round data. Where a stat has a natural two-fighter version — like combined significant strikes in a firefight — the leaderboard offers a Combined view alongside the single-fighter record.
